Confidentiality and personal data protection policy

As part of the European General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, hereinafter the “GDPR”, CALL INTERNATIONAL sprl herein presents its policy on confidentiality and management of identifiable personal data.

For simplicity, we will use the following terms in the text:

CALL INTERNATIONAL sprl, hereinafter “We” or “Our Company”
of CALL INTERNATIONAL sprl, hereinafter “We” or “Us”
www.callinter.com, hereinafter “Our Site”
The reader of this document, the prospect, the client, hereinafter “You”
Any reference to one or more items belonging to you, hereinafter “Your” or “Yours” followed by the items.
Identifiable personal data, hereinafter the “IPD”

The terms “Personal Data”, “Personal Details”, “Processing”, “Consent”, “Collection”, “Third Party” must be interpreted in accordance with the definitions given in section 4 of the GDPR. The term “Online Form” means that the declaration must be made in a document issued by electronic means or in another appropriate manner so that its permanent reproduction in writing is possible, and the name of the person making the declaration must be legible and followed by the signature of the name.

This Privacy Policy applies to our company and governs the privacy of users who choose to contact Us. You can also visit http://www.privacycommission.be for more information.

The IPD is identifiable personal data that can be used alone or with other information to identify, contact or locate a single person, or to identify an individual and its context.

Collecting IPD

When requesting information using an online form, ordering or registering for one of Our courses, electronically, verbally, or in writing, We may, if appropriate, ask for Your Personal Information, being Your salutation, name, surname, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, mother tongue, target language, training objectives, language level or other information to better meet Your expectations. Your IP address and email address may also be collected, if applicable.

This information can also be collected when You subscribe to Our newsletter, You participate in a questionnaire or reacte to a document, use the e-shop, any exchange system such as “chat”, emails or when You link Your profile to one of Our social network pages.

Using IPD

We can use the IPD collected in the following cases:

  • to respond adequately to Your service requests and to personalize Your experience as much as possible;
  • to evaluate, improve and adapt Our services;
  • to contact You;
  • to inform You about Our services;
  • to inform Us about your needs;
  • to follow up after a contact.

IPD is centralized in Our internal data management system, hereinafter “the Portal”.
When placing a firm order for a service, any purchase order leads to an invoice. The data used to draw up the invoice (surname and first name of the person making the request or name of the company, personal or company address, VAT number) are encoded in Our accounting management program, BOB, etc.

Protection of Your IPD

These two systems (the Portal and the accounting system), as well as Our website are hosted on Our independent server, which is stored in a secure environment.

All Your IPD is stored on secure networks and is only accessible to administrators who have rights of access to these systems and who are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information You provide is encrypted via SSL technology.

Access to the BOB accounting system on the computer dedicated to it is limited to two people and this BOB program is installed in a locked place and independent of other computers. Access to the Portal is limited to the computers of those responsible for managing the company on a daily basis. These computers are always under surveillance or are stored in a secure place.

However, despite our stringent security procedures and practices, and as is the case for all computer networks connected to the Internet, We cannot be held responsible for security breaches resulting from cyber attacks.

Access, modification or deletion of your IPD

At any time, You may receive, modify, delete or disable Your profile by contacting Us at privacy@callinter.com. Your changes will be immediately taken into account. We will respond to Your request for access to your IPD within 30 days.

Your IPD is kept and stored safely until they are no longer needed as specified in Directive 95/46/EC of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Protection of information relating to minors

We are committed to protecting the IPD of minors. Our website is not designed or intended to attract under-age children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit IPD from a minor, nor do we send IPD applications to them, unless the minor’s parent or legal guardian requests it.
