Since 1987,
Call International has offered language training for all language levels in English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, and more.
After a needs analysis, the (general or professional) course content such as business English, banking terminology or medical, legal or technical jargon is determined.
Call International also has communication seminars such as workshops on presentation techniques, negotiation, meetings and more in store for you.
INNOVATIVE TEACHING : THE 3 STEPS UP METHOD
Our training team consists of about a hundred native speakers trained in our teaching method (3 Steps Up). This method is inspired by natural language acquisition (read about our differences below), which allows for rapid progress towards the goal. Taking into account each person’s learning style plays a major role in this.
Our training centers have comfortable rooms to accommodate you, but our trainers travel to your region at your request.

Call International has existed for nearly 30 years, which is a challenge in itself, in a market that sees the emergence of new language schools each year that will only last for 2 or 3 years.
AN EXCLUSIVE TEACHING METHOD
Call International has developed an exclusive 3-step method, called " 3 Steps Up ", which imitates the natural learning process of a language. The target language is thus assimilated considerably faster than with classical lessons (this pedagogy is described under the title "Pedagogy"). This pedagogical choice alone makes us different by the specific guidelines it obliges us to put in place.
THE INTEREST IN THE NEUROSCIENCES
What underlies all our pedagogical choices is their validation by numerous studies and discoveries about the brain. Whether in our ways of learning, memorization, and long-term retention or in the motivation, the pleasure of learning, and the inhibitions and blocks we create, understanding the why allows us to develop ... or not develop ... the "how".
OVERSIGHT OF OUR LANGUAGE TRAINERS
We choose them for the values we have in common, their sense of communication and encouragement, their patience, their compassion and their language skills. So that our teachers put into practice our pedagogical choices, we train them for a week first, then through coaching and ongoing workshops. This pedagogical framework and guidance simply does not exist anywhere else!
AND THE LEARNER IN ALL OF THIS ?
Because each learner is also unique, during the initial training application we invite the candidate to complete an online questionnaire called "learning profile". This allows us to understand how this learner approaches language teaching (his comfort and discomfort zones) and thus to speak “their” language as efficiently as possible. To this end, we have established several protocols : a thorough needs analysis, a refined assessment of the four language skills and a questionnaire on the learning profile. All of this leads to the preparation of a complete evaluation report for the training evaluator and the language trainer.
INTEREST IN INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS AND UPGRADES
Because our world is teeming with inventive ideas, it is our duty to remain vigilant and test tools for educational purposes and possibly include them in our offerings. These tools can provide so many answers to challenges our students face. In this way, the Speech Power program is a unique combination that helps solve listening difficulties of students who are little at ease with languages. The Flex e-learning program uses the most developed platforms in the world in terms of content. Our pedagogical staff regularly follows specific trainings that propose new pedagogical tools in order to constantly adapt and improve our teaching.

Within the range of language programs proposed by Call International, our students with all types of learning profiles and levels will find a teaching program suitable to most needs. HANDLING A LANGUAGE MEANS: SPONTANEOUSLY UNDERSTANDING AND USING ITS CORRECT TERMS AND STRUCTURES, IN A GIVEN CONTEXT
We learned to speak at home, without books or notebooks. Our school teacher refined our language through reading, writing, sentence structure and spelling. Currently, we are able to express ourselves spontaneously in our mother tongue.
These 3 phases (the intuitive phase at home, the analytical one at school and the practical one in a real context) are reflected in the 3-step method of CALL INTERNATIONAL.
This 3-step cycle makes it possible to quickly integrate the right reflexes, both oral and written, whatever your needs and your level.
