This is not management coaching.

On the one hand, communication skills can be found under the “Communication Seminars” tab in the “Businesses” menu on the toolbar.
On the other hand, the preliminary needs analysis helps to validate the candidate’s specific objectives, thus maximizing personalized support.
Coaching is organized according to the participant’s needs. It is inherently adapted to circumstances and objectives. The number of hours and their distribution will be proposed following the needs analysis.
