Furthermore, the preliminary needs analysis helps to identify the candidate’s specific objectives, thus maximizing personalized support.
Coaching is organized according to the participant’s needs. It is inherently adapted to circumstances and objectives. The number of hours and their distribution will be proposed following the needs analysis.
